Impact Foundation Donates $25K to Vitamin Angels

In an effort to better "share the healing power of nature," the Impact Foundation donated $25,000 to Vitamin Angels, a charity dedicated to supporting children and pregnant women around the world.

"Through Vitamin Angels, our donation will provide vital nutrients to 100,000 children" said Nate Brower, President of the Impact Foundation. "We are excited to partner with such a great organization. They truly reflect our mission of Sharing the Healing Power of Nature."

With a reach extending to over 70 million individuals in over 70 countries, the Vitamin Angels provide lifesaving vitamins to mothers and children, reducing preventable illness, blindness, and death. Ranked by Charity Navigator as one of the "10 Best Humanitarian Relief Organizations," the Vitamin Angels organization is a reputable affiliate with whom the Impact Foundation is proud to partner.

Synergy WorldWide and Nature's Sunshine share the healing power of nature with people in need through the Impact Foundation. The foundation works to increase awareness of nature's healing power, create meaningful service opportunities, and engage with charitable organizations that align closely with the mission of our company.

OUR IMPACT
Founded in 2019, the Impact Foundation has already begun to make an impact around the world:

Miles For Meals
Our 5k run/walk #MilesForMeals raised funds to end hunger. All the proceeds raised from this event went to the Utah Food Bank Mobile Pantry Program allowing us to sponsor a school in our hometown community. Synergy's corporate employees engage in charitable giving by bringing food to children at our sponsored school every month.
Coronavirus Relief
This year, the Impact Foundation donated more than $90,000 to aid medical workers fighting the Coronavirus in China. The funds donated helped the affected areas—including Wuhan—with much needed medical resources like masks, goggles, and protective clothing. These items provided protection for frontline medical workers, enabling them to give the best care possible to those infected with the virus.

Vitamin Angels
The Impact Foundation also recently partnered with Vitamin Angels, donating $25,000 to their cause of providing lifesaving vitamins to mothers and children under five at risk of malnutrition—reducing preventable illness, blindness, and death.
